Legendary Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba or 2Face, has formally introduced his fiancée, Honourable Natasha Osawaru, to his native Idoma community in Benue State, marking a major step toward their future together.
The introduction ceremony took place on Monday, April 21, 2025, at the Och’Idoma Palace in Otukpo, where the couple was warmly received by the Och’Idoma V and other traditional dignitaries. Dressed in elegant Idoma attire, 2Baba and Natasha participated in traditional rites, including blessings and prayers from elders for a harmonious union.
The palace visit, held alongside the Idoma Nation Peace and Unity Symposium, also served as a cultural rite of passage for Natasha, who hails from Edo State.
Sources close to the family revealed that 2Baba deliberately sought the elders’ blessings before proceeding with wedding celebrations, reaffirming his commitment and love for Natasha during the ceremony.
According to entertainment reports, notably by blogger Stella Dimoko Korkus, the couple’s traditional wedding is scheduled for Friday, April 25, 2025, in Benin City. Although 2Baba and Natasha have not publicly confirmed the date, preparations are reportedly in top gear, with invitations already sent to close friends and family.
