In a statement by Special Adviser Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu expressed condolences to Buhari’s widow, Aishat Buhari, and ordered national flags to fly at half-staff in his honor. He has also directed Vice President Kashim Shettima to travel to the UK to accompany Buhari’s body back to Nigeria.
