The Federal Government of Nigeria has congratulated President Donald Trump on his inauguration as the 47th President of the United States of America.
In a press release issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, signed by the acting spokesperson, Kimiebi Imomotimi, the ministry said Nigeria and the United State have enjoyed cooperation in diverse area of mutual interest, especially in promoting good governance, sustainable development, and the fight against terrorism and violent extremism
The Federal Government of Nigeria therefore said it therefore look forward to further strengthening the historic, strong, and vibrant strategic relationship for the benefit of both countries.
