This marks Salah’s third time winning the prestigious award, placing him alongside Thierry Henry as the only players in history to claim the honor three times.
The Egyptian forward played a pivotal role in Liverpool’s title-winning season, leading the Reds to their 20th English top-flight championship. Salah tallied a remarkable 33 goals and 23 assists in all competitions, including 28 goals in the Premier League, underlining his continued dominance in English football. “I’m thrilled to have won this award again,” Salah said in response to the announcement. “It’s an honor to be recognized by such a prestigious organization.
