According to the Israeli military, the latest operation focused on sites linked to weapons and missile manufacturing, with the aim of weakening Iran’s ability to sustain attacks. The strikes are part of a broader effort to degrade the country’s military infrastructure and defence systems.
Officials said the bombardment forms part of a continuing strategy to target critical components of Iran’s war-making capacity, including facilities associated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and related networks.
The renewed attacks come amid escalating hostilities between the two countries, with both sides exchanging strikes in recent days. Despite mounting international concern, Israel signalled it would continue operations as directed, underscoring the likelihood of further escalation in the conflict.
