The sole survivor of the tragic Air India plane crash has shared an emotional account of the incident, describing how surviving the disaster has left him with deep emotional scars despite being alive.
In a heart-wrenching interview, the survivor said, “God gave me life but took all my happiness,” as he recalled the horrifying moments when the aircraft went down, claiming the lives of all other passengers and crew members on board.
He recounted how the plane shook violently before impact, followed by flames and screams that filled the cabin. “Everything happened so fast. When I opened my eyes, I was surrounded by wreckage — and silence,” he said tearfully.
Though grateful to be alive, he admitted that coping with the loss of family members and friends who were on the same flight has been an unbearable emotional burden. “Surviving feels like a punishment sometimes,” he added.
Authorities say investigations into the cause of the crash are still ongoing, with initial reports pointing to adverse weather conditions and possible technical faults. Meanwhile, grief-stricken families continue to mourn as rescue workers and aviation experts comb through the wreckage for answers.
The survivor’s story stands as a poignant reminder of the thin line between life and death, and the enduring trauma faced by those who live through such tragedies.
