Nigeria’s Super Falcons played out a goalless draw against Algeria in their final Group B match at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations. Despite dominating possession and creating chances through Ifeoma Onumonu and Jennifer Echegini, Nigeria failed to score. The result saw them finish top of the group with seven points, advancing to the quarter-finals where they will face Zambia. Algeria, finishing second with five points, also progressed. Tunisia and Botswana drew 1-1 in the other Group B match.
