The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has called on Senate President Godswill Akpabio to publicly name individuals allegedly linked to the reported disappearance of N210 trillion, warning that failure to do so could result in legal action.
In a statement, SERAP urged Akpabio to ensure transparency by disclosing those implicated, stressing that Nigerians have a right to know the details surrounding the alleged missing funds.
The organisation warned that if the names are not released promptly, it would pursue legal steps to compel disclosure, arguing that accountability is essential to combating corruption and restoring public trust.
SERAP maintained that withholding such information undermines the fight against financial misconduct and called for immediate action to clarify the allegations.
The demand adds to growing pressure on authorities to address concerns over the reported funds and ensure that those responsible, if any, are held accountable under the law.
